I found a fantastic article today at BabyCenter called 55 ways to save time and make life with a toddler easier. There are some great tips in here...I particularly enjoy the one about putting snack foods in single serving containers in a basket in the kitchen so they're ready to grab and go when you are. Anything to get out of the house faster, right?
